As an Account Owner, you have the ability to increase the limits for your company's physical and virtual cards. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you through the process.

Steps to Increase your Card Limits
Navigate to Card Limits Settings:
Go to Settings > Company Rules > Payment Methods > Card Limits.
Initiate Limit Increase:
Click on Increase Limit.
Provide a Business Reason:
Explain the business reason for needing increased limits in the provided text box.
Authenticate via Mobile:
Perform Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) through your mobile device or SMS to confirm the action.
Immediate Application:
Once authenticated, the new limits are applied immediately to all cards.
Important Information
Limits apply to all cards: The new limits will be applied to all existing and new cards in your organisation.
No Decrease Option: Currently, there is no option to decrease limits once they have been increased.
Plan Availability: This feature is available on all Spendesk plans.
Region Availability: Only available to EUR companies.
