Find the numbers of your analytical plans on Sage 100

Updated this week

When connecting Spendesk to Sage 100, the form requires to provide information on your analytical plans ('Cost charts' in English on Sage 100).

Important note:
If you do not want to use any analytical plans ('cost charts') or if you have none in Sage 100, you can simply pick 'Not active' on the connection form.

In order to find these identifiers, go to Structure > Cost chart.

The ID simply matches with the number of the plan to use. Here is an example: you can see the different analytic plans on the left 'Activité' and 'Produits et services'. The number to use (the ID requested in the connection form) is the number matching the plan to use if you had to count them one by one. In this case:

  • 'Activité' would be '1'

  • 'Produits et services' would be '2'
