Add multiple entities connected on the Sage 100 local agent

Updated this week

If you are an organisation with multiple subsidiaries or entities linked to your Spendesk account, you probably want to connect all or part of them to Sage 100. Connection between Spendesk and Sage 100 is enabled by the local agent you need to install on your server. You have 2 options to do it:

Perform the installation process entity by entity

Just follow the installation of the local agent for every entity you want to connect, as explained in the dedicated articles. It can be suitable if you have only a few entities.

  • Connect Spendesk to Sage 100 on-premise with an integrator

  • Connect Spendesk to Sage 100 cloud SPC with an integrator

Merge JSON files into one JSON file during he installation

You can also choose a faster way, by merging JSON files into one JSON file (real merge of JSON files, not text copy pasting). This would enable to connect all entities at once with your local agent.

On your Sage 100 servers, make sure to 'Add connection' and not 'Replace connection' to add a second entity. Else it will delete the first connection.

The second option could fast track your setup to Sage 100 native integration and connect multiple entities.
