CFO Connect Pro focuses on three pillars: learning and development, community and network, and in‑person connection.
Learning and development
Monthly expert workshops: Small, interactive sessions with subject‑matter experts. Expect hands‑on formats and two‑way discussion rather than large webinars.
Mentorship programme: A curated, four‑week, biannual cycle matching Pro members with mentors aligned to their development goals.
Community and network
Quarterly mastermind groups: 5–10 finance leaders grouped by similar challenges (for example, preparing for a Series B), facilitated by an experienced coach.
Enhanced Slack access: Private channels for Pro members to ask questions, share playbooks, and learn from seven years of collective community knowledge. An AI assistant trained on past discussions is planned to surface relevant insights in the future.
In‑person connection
Quarterly dinners and meetups: Regular, intimate gatherings across core European markets (see Locations below), plus occasional informal after‑hours meetups hosted with partners.

Who is eligible
CFO Connect is a vetted community to maintain high signal and quality. For CFO Connect Pro, Spendesk customers should nominate a finance leader who:
Holds a senior finance role (typically CFO, VP Finance, Finance Director; Head of Finance may be considered depending on company size)
Has at least 5 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years in finance
All applications are reviewed to ensure the criteria are met.
Pricing and how it works for Spendesk customers
Standard price: €625 per year (value of the Pro membership)
Spendesk customer benefit: 1 free Pro seat per customer account
Additional seats: Eligible additional members from the same customer account can join with a 20% discount, subject to the same vetting criteria

Languages and locations
Language
Slack: Dedicated channels exist for market‑specific discussion. Other channels are primarily in English.
Programmes: Large, mixed‑market programmes (for example, expert workshops and many mastermind groups) are generally in English. Mentorship may be matched in French, German, … when possible. In‑person events held in France will typically be in French.
Locations
Core in‑person markets: Paris, London, Berlin, and Amsterdam, with Barcelona potentially added. Members outside these cities are welcome to join Pro for the online benefits and may travel to attend in‑person events.

Approval and onboarding
The CFO Connect team reviews all applications to maintain quality. Once approved, the member receives onboarding details, Slack access, and invitations to upcoming programmes and events.

If you’d like additional leaders to join, they can apply for extra seats at a 20% discount, subject to eligibility and approval.

Is Pro available outside Europe?
Yes, Pro membership is open globally. Note that in‑person events are concentrated in the listed European markets.
