Steps to Close an Account
To close your account with Spendesk, please follow these steps:
Email your direct account manager at Spendesk or customer@spendesk.com and let us know the exact account or entity you'd like to close.
We will ensure there are no pending transactions or funds remaining on your physical or virtual cards.
You will receive a redemption form. Please fill it out, sign it, and send it back to us.
This form allows us to process the reimbursement of any remaining balance on your account.
Once your account is emptied, we will proceed with closing it.

👉🏻 Unfortunately, we do not offer an online option for closing a Spendesk wallet or subsidiary. This is because we need to confirm there are no pending transactions or funds remaining on the cards. This step is essential to ensure you are refunded the correct amount.
