🚀 Organization/Account Ownership Transfer Guide

Important :
Each Spendesk account has only one designated Account Owner.

You have the flexibility to transfer this role to another confirmed member.

Steps to Permanently Transfer Account Ownership:

  1. Navigate to your avatar (located in the top right corner).

  2. Access 'My Profile.'

  3. Select 'Transfer Your Rights.'

  4. Click on 'Transfer Your Account Ownership Permanently.'

➡️ Upon becoming an Account Owner, the member also gains roles as a Requester, Controller, and Administrator.

💡 If you have been upgraded to Spendesk Financial Services:

Please reach out to our Support team at support@spendesk.com, and provide:

  1. a Proof of Identity (POI) of the new Account Owner

  2. a Power of Attorney (POA) + ID of the Legal Representative delegating power (if applicable)

  3. the Account Owner's nominative Email address

  4. the Account Owner's Phone number

  5. city and country of birth

➡️ Upon becoming an Account Owner, the member also gains roles as a Requester, Controller, and Administrator.

Permanently Transfer Organization Ownership:

When your company has several Spendesk entities, transferring the organization's ownership to another user is possible. This empowers the new owner to create a new wallet if necessary.

⚠︎ Ensure that the member receiving Organization ownership is already a member on all wallets.

Steps to Permanently Transfer Organization Ownership:

  1. Go to your avatar (located in the top right corner).

  2. Access 'My Profile.'

  3. Select 'Transfer Your Rights.'

  4. Click on 'Transfer Your Organization Ownership'
