Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer your card to a colleague, as each physical card is specifically issued to the cardholder. Lending your card is also not recommended.

Both virtual and physical cards are linked to individual user accounts, which means that all transactions will appear in Spendesk under the cardholder's name. This can make it difficult to transfer receipts later on.

This system has been put in place to ensure that Account Owners and Controllers, including your accountant, can easily track and monitor expenses across the company.

If your colleague does not yet have a physical card, it's best to request a new one for them. You can do this by asking your Account Administrators to order a card on your behalf via the Cards tab > Order a new card.
