Our multi-entity hub enables Account Owners and Controllers of multiple entities to have oversight of their whole organisation from one place.
An 'entity' can be a legal entity, subsidiary or location that requires you to have an additional account in Spendesk. Typically these are managed separately in Spendesk, however the hub provides one convenient place to get oversight of all these entities and ease navigation through your organisation within Spendesk.
Access
Users must have one of the following roles in multiple entities to be able to navigate to this page:
account owner
controller
Once on the page, a user is shown information only for the entities they have this access to.
Additionally, for users with the Account Owner or Admin AND Controller role in all their entities, they'll also be able to access the multi-entity settings section.
FAQ
What does it mean when I am in 'shortfall' for an entity?
The breakdown is calculated based on you total wallet balance minus the following:
Scheduled payments - invoices or expense claims
Allocated to cards - physical, virtual subscription or one-time-use cards
If the value remaining is negative, this is counted as a shortfall as your account may not have enough funds for all commitments, in the case that amounts allocated to cards were actually used. However, if you have a large card allocation that may not be used, then it doesn't necessarily mean a cause for alarm.
