How to make a complaint?

Procedure to report any complaint, claim or dissatisfaction related to your experience with Spendesk

At Spendesk we value any feedback, including complaints. Should you have any complaints regarding our services, please follow this procedure:

File a complaint

By email: Send us an email to complaints@spendesk.com

By post: Write to Spendesk Office, Complaints Department, 51 rue de Londres, 75008 Paris, France. Please note that you must send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt (or equivalent).

For us to handle your complaint in the best possible way, provide the following information:

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Company name

  • Postal Address

  • A complete description of the reason for your dissatisfaction

⚠️ Your complaint must be written in English or French.

Spendesk commits to acknowledging receipt of any complaint within 10 working days, unless a response is provided within that period. A response to the complaint will be given as soon as possible, and no later than two months from the date of receipt. If special circumstances require a longer processing time, you will be promptly informed.
