If you've just blocked your card after 3 wrong attempts to use your PIN, you have two options:
- As our cards are coming from Great Britain, they can be unblocked if you happen to be in the UK. Simply go to an ATM located in a major bank branch, and you should be able to see a new 'PIN Unlock' option.
- Unfortunately, if you're located elsewhere, you'll have to order a new card. To do so, you'll have to block the card and declare it as "stolen, lost or damaged". Then, you'll have to ask your Account Administrator to order a new card in your name. It should take 1-2 weeks to arrive.
