You are considered an active user as long as a payment is made on Spendesk during the month.

Any payment method can be used by an active user. ⤵️

If you submit an invoice, a per diem, a mileage claim, an expense claim, you are considered as active.

Physical card payments and virtual card payments (recurring or single-use) also define the user as active.

Controllers or Admins are not considered as active unless they are also a Requester and pay or request something during the month. ⏩ If your accountant only has a "Controller" access on the platform and does not submit invoices, their use is free.
