Historically, Spendesk worked with prepaid cards. Spendesk cards are now evolving into debit cards to provide you with a greater experience.
If you have a prepaid physical card (i.e digits starting with 55), here is how to order a debit one:
Go to the “Cards” tab, click on the button “Confirm my order”.
Verify your phone number and shipping address. Feel free to fill in your home address if you haven't planned to go to the office in the next few days because your country might be in lockdown. Delivery takes one week to three weeks on average.
Click on “Order new card”.
Once you have received your card, go back to the “Cards” tab and click on the button "I received my card".
