The "insurance/assistance" option is available for French, Luxembourg and Belgian accounts.

👉🏻 As a Spendesk account owner, Controller or Admin, I want to make sure my members are covered against risk.

Spendesk insurance can provide me with:

  • Peace of mind when it comes to my company's expenses.

Why you should use insurance

Since Spendesk's early days, card insurance has been a much-requested feature. It's not always easy or possible to foresee a risk, but it is possible to avoid it! 😉

Spendesk insurance covers all card purchases, virtual and physical, and a wide range of risks: purchase, assistance, legal and travel, enabling you to protect employees in many of the situations encountered in today's business world.

How can I cover my users, and at what cost?

Covering all users who make purchases via Spendesk is very simple to manage: you can insure employees for all their purchases to cover all risks without exception, and not manage anything on a case-by-case basis.

To activate this feature, contact your Spendesk account manager.

When a new user is added to Spendesk, they're automatically covered. There's no need to declare them to the insurance company, and there's no need for any paperwork: it's directly integrated into Spendesk payment methods!

Steps

Coverage involves 4 steps:

  • Activation of the functionality on all company cards

  • Payment

  • (potential) Incident

  • Declaration (declaration of need for assistance or declaration of claim to the insurer).

We offer expert support and assistance in managing claims for your employees and reimbursements in insurance situations. The employee will be taken directly in charge and will be able to follow their case with AIG teams.
