Overview of Exact Online native integration (NL, BE & FR)

Updated today

The native integration between Spendesk and Exact Online allows you to have accurate data between your financial tools, and save time at month closing.

Spendesk pulls your master data when you connect to Exact Online and finalize your initial configuration. The integration also provides control of this data in Spendesk to map your Exact Online chart of accounts' settings with your Spendesk accounting setup and analytical fields.

This native integration only supports Exact Online NL, BE & FR. Other local platforms from Exact Online cannot be connected with Spendesk.

Main benefits of Exact Online native integration

With this accounting integration, you can seamlessly manage your expenses on Spendesk and accounting on Exact Online:

  • Pull your Exact Online master data (chart of accounts, bank accounts, suppliers, tax codes and analytical dimensions) into Spendesk;

  • Customize your accounting setup even further to meet your specific needs;

  • Fasten your month closing with bulk exports;

  • Get automatic reconciliation in Exact Online once your payments are settled.
