Key Information
Available vs. Current Balance: You may notice your "Available Balance" for transfer is lower than your "Current Balance." This is because we deduct provisioned funds (money reserved for pending card transactions or seizures) to ensure you don't overdraw your account.
Transfer Speed: Transfers are processed as SEPA Classic transfers.
Accounting & Reporting
Tracking: You can view the history of your withdrawals in the Wallet > Funding history tab.
Statements: These transactions will appear on your monthly Account Statement.
Exports: Currently, these wire-out transactions will not appear automatically in your accounting export/banking journal. Please refer to your Account Statement for reconciliation.
Troubleshooting
Symptom: You don't see the "Transfer funds" button.
Cause: This button only appears if you're an Account Owner, or a Controller/Admin with specific transfer rights, and your account is in an eligible region (EEA or UK).
Resolution: Confirm your role and account region with your Account Owner. If eligible and the button is still missing, contact Spendesk Support.
Symptom: You can't send funds to a new bank account.
Cause: For security reasons, transfers are only allowed to bank accounts already registered with Spendesk.
Resolution: EEA customers: make a transfer from the new bank account to your Spendesk Wallet to register it. UK customers: contact Spendesk Support to register the account.
Symptom: Your wallet has funds, but your Available Balance shows €0.
Cause: All funds are currently provisioned for pending card payments or other scheduled transactions.
Resolution: You can only withdraw funds that aren't tied to an ongoing transaction. Wait for pending transactions to clear, or check your wallet breakdown for details.
FAQ

No, for security purposes, you can only wire funds to a bank account that has already been registered (for EEA: an account you have used to top up funds previously, for UK customers: an account you have set up when onboarding). To register a new bank account:
EEA customers: please make a transfer from this bank account to your Spendesk wallet.
UK customers: contact support
I have money in my wallet, why is my withdrawable amount = 0€?
This usually happens if all your funds are currently provisioned for pending card payments. You can only withdraw "free" funds that are not tied to an ongoing transaction.
