Overview of ACD native integration

The native integration between Spendesk and ACD allows you to have accurate data between your financial tools, and save time at month closing.

Spendesk pulls your master data when you connect to ACD and finalize your initial configuration. The integration also provides control of this data in Spendesk to map your ACD chart of accounts' settings with your Spendesk accounting setup and analytical fields.

With this accounting integration, you can seamlessly manage your expenses on Spendesk and accounting on ACD:

  • Pull your ACD master data (chart of accounts, journals, suppliers, tax codes and analytical dimensions) into Spendesk;

Known limitations:

  • The integration does not support FX gain/loss accounts.

  • The integration does not support the full hierarchy of analytical sections into Spendesk, only levels 1 and 2 are imported.

There is no Cost centres in ACD, instead you need to create Analytical sections in ACD, then map them with your cost centres in Spendesk.
