Before you start
You must be an active member of at least two Spendesk entities to see the entity switcher.
Your entities must belong to the same Spendesk organisation.
Update the Spendesk mobile app to the latest version for the best experience.
Step-by-step instructions
Open the Spendesk mobile app.
From the Home screen, tap your current entity's name at the top of the screen.
Select the entity you want to switch to from the list.
Wait a moment while the app loads the selected entity.
Expected result: You are automatically redirected to the selected entity's account, with no need to log out or re-enter your credentials.
💡 Tip: If you have pending approvals in another entity, a counter appears next to the entity switcher so you don't miss them.
Troubleshooting
Symptom: You don't see an entity switcher on the Home screen.
Cause: You are only an active member of one Spendesk entity.
Resolution: Ask your Account Owner to invite you to the other entity you need to access.
Symptom: Tapping a notification opens the wrong entity, and you can't see the request you were notified about.
Cause: The app opens the last entity you visited instead of the entity linked to the notification.
Resolution: Manually switch to the correct entity using the steps above, then locate the request.
