Once in Quickbooks, go to "Expenses" to view your Spendesk payments.
Credit card payments (Quickbooks view)
In "Payee" (top-left corner) you'll find the Vendor information.
In "Category" you'll find the expense account coded in Spendesk.
In "Payment account" you'll find the bank account impacted by the expense.
Class and Location fields are mapped to Custom fields in Spendesk. Notice that it is not possible to map to Cost Centers.
In "Attachments" the receipt downloaded on Spendesk is available.
Expense claims / Invoice payments (Quickbooks view)
In "Vendor" you'll find the employee in the case of an expense claim.
In "Vendor" you'll find the expense account coded in Spendesk.
In "Attachments" you'll find the receipt captured in Spendesk if available.
👉 For these payments, reconciliation must be done on your side in Quickbooks.
