Subscription card FAQ

When can I access the subscription renewal?

when the AO/Admin finalise the physical card order and when the first funding has arrived on your new company account.

How does the subscription renewal process work?

  • Step 1: select the subscriptions to renew, some of them may not need to be renewed if they’re not in use.

  • Step 2: confirm your choice → any non-selected subscription will be deleted at this point.

  • Step 3: Generate your card → Until you click on 'generate card', we keep the old card and don’t generate the new card.

  • Step 4: Enter the details of the new card in your supplier payment details to avoid a failed payment.

Why do I need to 'generate' each card?

This allows progressive cancellation of cards that are linked to an active subscription. Then, the Requester is not rushed to update payment details for all suppliers in one go.

What if I don’t select any subscription & ignore the upgrade?

We will block all cards, but will still display the subscriptions in-app. This way, users will be able to renew the card in-app past the date & not have to create new requests.

When is a subscription deleted?

When I untick a subscription in the first upgrade step.

Will the Paused status be transferred?

Yes

Will 3DS with the new card be required?

It's possible, depending on the merchant and amount. Make sure to update your Spendesk mobile app before adding the new card information on the merchant's website!
