💳 Review and renew your subscription cards

Your company is being upgraded to our new banking provider (Adyen), and you have subscription cards? Here's what you need to do.

Updated over a week ago

This article is part of a collection of articles regarding your transition to our new payment service provider Adyen.

As a subscription card owner, you will have to review and renew your subscription cards. This short video explains you how to do that 👇

Please complete the following steps to renew & review your subscriptions:

  1. Log into your Spendesk account. A dashboard with an overview of all your subscriptions will be available;

  2. Select which subscriptions you would like to keep, and renew;

  3. Generate a new virtual card for each subscription. This action will automatically cancel the previous card;

  4. Log into your subscription software account and update the card details there.

What if I do not want to renew a subscription?

If you do not want to use this subscription anymore, feel free to notify the supplier so they can stop trying to charge the card.

💡 This way, you won't receive failed transactions emails from us anymore.

What will happen, if I forget to update the card details on my subscription's software account?

As the previous card was canceled, your payment will be rejected.

You will be notified by email if the payment failed for the above reason ⬆️
