By post: Write to Spendesk Office, Complaints Department, 51 rue de Londres, 75008 Paris, France. Please note that you must send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt (or equivalent).
For us to handle your complaint in the best possible way, provide the following information:
Full name
Email address
Company name
Postal Address
A complete description of the reason for your dissatisfaction
Spendesk commits to acknowledging receipt of any complaint within 10 working days, unless a response is provided within that period. A response to the complaint will be given as soon as possible, and no later than two months from the date of receipt. If special circumstances require a longer processing time, you will be promptly informed.
