Expected results

Once you complete these steps, you have all the information needed to connect Spendesk to ACD: your Suite Expert URL, your connection reference (CNX), and confirmation of your analytical accounting and due date settings.

💡 Tip: Write down your Suite Expert URL and connection reference before starting the connection flow in Spendesk. You will need to enter them directly into the setup form.

Troubleshooting

  • Symptom: ACD does not appear in the Switch Integration dropdown in Spendesk.

  • Cause: Spendesk has not yet granted access to the ACD integration for your account.

  • Resolution: Contact your Customer Success Manager or Account Manager to request access.

  • Symptom: You cannot find a custom connection reference (CNX) in ACD.

  • Cause: Most ACD accounts use the default connection reference.

  • Resolution: Enter "CNX" as the connection reference. This is the correct value for the vast majority of ACD accounts.
