The Draft Requests feature makes managing your expenses easier by allowing you to create, edit, and submit draft requests at your convenience—whether on the web or mobile app.

How It Works

  • After uploading a receipt via the web or mobile app, you’ll see a “Save Draft” button.

  • You can save drafts for:

    • Expense Claims

    • Mileage Requests (coming soon)

  • Drafts are securely stored, so you can return and complete them later.

  • To access your drafts, go to Requests → Drafts.

  • Once ready, you can submit drafts individually or use the “Submit All” button for bulk submissions, saving time and effort.

  • This feature is available on both web and mobile, ensuring a seamless experience across devices.

Can I edit a draft before submitting it?

Yes! You can modify any draft before submitting it for approval.

What happens if I don’t submit a draft?

Drafts will remain saved in your account until you choose to submit or delete them.

I used to create drafts by closing the app after uploading receipts. Can I still do this?
