Learn how to keep track of your Spendesk billing.

Your invoice

You can find all of your invoices on the Settings > Billing tab.

If you have several entities on Spendesk, invoicing may be grouped on the main entity. You have no invoice issued for secondary entities.

On the 1st day of the month, you will receive a Spendesk invoice with the amount we will debit from your wallet's funds.

You'll also see the entity information and company ID on our billing system for greater transparency.

Below you'll find all the information you need to understand your Spendesk invoice. ⬇️

The Spendesk invoice you receive at the beginning of each month includes:

  • the cost of platform access (fixed cost depending on your subscription: Starter, Essential, Scale, Premium)

  • and transactions carried out during the previous month (variable cost).

Example

On July 1st, your Spendesk invoice will be issued and charged from your account including:

  • the fixed price of your subscription for the coming month (July)

  • your transactions for the previous month (total number of transactions carried out in June)

Transactions included / billed

Each Spendesk subscription includes 100 transactions.

Beyond 100 transactions, you can either opt for a pack of 100 additional transactions for €50/month, or pay €0.75 for each additional transaction.

Important 🔥

Under no circumstances are you limited to 100 transactions. You have 100 transactions included in your subscription, and each additional transaction will be billed at €0.75 if you do not opt for a monthly pack.

1. What is a transaction?

A transaction on Spendesk can be:

  • a physical card purchase

  • a virtual card purchase

  • an expense claim that has been marked as reviewed in Expense Claims > Review.

  • an invoice validated by the finance team (controllers) in Invoices > Review.

2. Where can I find out how many transactions I've made?

You can retrieve the number of transactions carried out at any time directly from your Settings > Billing account.

The "Your transactions" section shows the number of transactions carried out in the current month out of the number of transactions included in your subscription.

3. How can I change the number of transactions included in my subscription?

To add one or more transaction packs to your subscription, please contact your account manager directly (CSM).

Price simulator

The following prices are just an example:

Fixed subscription price €299/month, with 100 transactions included and 0.75€/additional transaction.

I complete 90 transactions without additional pack €299 + €0 = €299.00 with 1 pack of 100 additional transactions €299 + €50 ➡️ €349.00.

I complete 170 transactions without additional pack €299 + (70x0.75) = €351.50 with 1 pack of 100 additional transactions €299 + €50 ➡️ €349.00.

I complete 218 transactions without additional pack €299 + (118x0.75) = €387.50 with 1 pack of 100 additional transactions €299 + €50 + (18x0.75) ➡️ €362.50
