  2. Click on Block. This will pause your card, and it will be unavailable for use while it's blocked.

  3. Any remaining balance on the card will be automatically transferred back to your company's account and won't be blocked on the card.

  4. To unblock your card, click on the button again.

Permanently Cancel Your Card

  1. On desktop or mobile, go to the My Card page.

  2. Click on Block.

  3. Click on Report it as... and select a reason from the dropdown menu (e.g., stolen, unused, damaged, etc.)

Your card will immediately be canceled. This action can not be undone.

Can I Lend or Transfer My Card to a Colleague?

No, you cannot transfer your card to a colleague. Each physical card is tied to a specific cardholder and is non-transferable.

Cards should also not be lent or shared, as our virtual and physical cards are linked to individual user accounts. All transactions will appear under the respective user's name, making it difficult to manage receipts later.

This system ensures that Account Administrators and other team members, such as your accountant, can easily track and manage company spending.

If your colleague does not have a physical card yet, they can request one. Your Account Administrator can order a card for them on your behalf. Cards are provided at no additional cost.
