The "insurance/assistance" option is available for French / Luxembourg / Belgian accounts. 👀

Accident, illness, theft, breakage... In the workplace, the unexpected can happen!

What should you do if you need assistance?

Here's how to go about obtaining assistance:

  • Notify our partner AIG as soon as possible, and imperatively before any expenditure is incurred, by calling or having someone call the following number: +33 (0) 170732651.

  • In order to identify you, you will be asked for:

    • the name of the cardholder

    • and the names of the covered persons concerned

    • the name of your company

    • the first 6 numbers of the insured card.

👉🏻 If you have used a virtual card to pay for your purchase, you can find the card details directly on the payment, in the mobile app or on the Spendesk website.

What should I do if I need insurance?

In the event of a claim, please contact our partner AIG within 20 days of its occurrence on +33 (0) 170732650, from 9am to 6pm Monday-Friday.

This number is free of charge.

  • In order to identify you, you will be asked for:

    • the name of the cardholder by whom the purchase was made

    • the name of your company

    • the first 6 numbers on the card.

The claim will then be settled within 10 days, provided the file is complete.
