Once in Quickbooks, go to "Expenses" to view your Spendesk payments.

Credit card payments (Quickbooks view)

  • In "Payee" (top-left corner) you'll find the Vendor information.

  • In "Category" you'll find the expense account coded in Spendesk.

  • In "Payment account" you'll find the bank account impacted by the expense.

  • Class and Location fields are mapped to Custom fields / cost centers in Spendesk.

  • In "Attachments" the receipt downloaded on Spendesk is available.

Expense claims / Invoice payments (Quickbooks view)

  • In "Vendor" you'll find the employee in the case of an expense claim.

  • In "Vendor" you'll find the expense account coded in Spendesk.

In "Attachments" you'll find the receipt captured in Spendesk if available.

👉 For these payments, reconciliation must be done on your side in Quickbooks.
