Sometimes, users using Google Chrome cannot see receipts on Spendesk (it'll be the same on the whole platform: invoices, expense claims, all payments, prepare etc.)

If this happens to you, you can use the following workaround :

  • Go to :

chrome://settings/content/pdfDocuments

  • Activate: "Open PDFs in Chrome"

  • Refresh the page and check if you can now see the receipts ! πŸ’ͺ
