Sometimes, you might want to focus on a specific period within the budget, to analyze your team or company spend.
Spendesk budgets allow you to do so with ease if the budgets are set on a “monthly” period.
You can choose a specific period from the main Budgets page or for a specific budget.
Once you choose your desired timeframe, you will only see the spend for that period.
↪️ This selection will remain effective only during the current session, and can be changed during that session.
When you access Spendesk at a later period, the viewing period will switch back to default (monthly view).
Changing the 'view' setting does not change the underlying budget data or the budget export (which provides data for the entire budget period).
