Troubleshooting

Symptom: Your card can't be added to Apple Wallet.
Cause: Apple Pay isn't available in your country, or your Spendesk card was issued for a US entity.
Resolution: Check the list of unsupported countries above. If you're in a supported country and still can't add your card, use your physical card or the Spendesk mobile app to pay instead.

Symptom: The payment is declined when using Apple Wallet.
Cause: The card added to Apple Wallet may have insufficient budget, or a restriction set by your Admin applies.
Resolution: Check your card's available budget and restrictions in the Spendesk app under Cards.
