This article applies to all Roles on Spendesk.

If your Spendesk card is a Prepaid Card, when you try to pay, the merchant needs to check that you have sufficient funds on your card to make the payment. (👉🏻Today most Spendesk cards are debit cards).

However, some toll booths and parkings do not have an Internet connection. Therefore you may find that you are unable to use your card in these places.

🤓 Tip:

Parkings sometimes offer to pay on an automatic terminal, outside of the parking, which is connected and should accept your card.

Keep in mind:

It can also happen in stores, trains, restaurants where payment terminals aren't connected to the Internet preventing the merchants from charging the card.
