Once a Controller schedules a wire transfer to reimburse employees' expense claims, the Account owner can see all expense claims waiting for confirmation in Expense claims > Confirm and also receives an email.
From that tab, they can review the reimbursement details before deciding whether to approve or decline the pending transfers.
Confirm a transfer
To confirm a transfer, the Account owner must enter a confirmation code sent to their security phone number. They can update their security number in Avatar > my profile if needed.
The transfer process is as follows:
Once confirmed by the Account owner, the transfer is executed on the specified execution date.
If the execution date is the current day or in the past, the transfer is executed the following morning by our banking partner.
The beneficiary will be reimbursed within a few days.
Reject a transfer
When an Account owner rejects a transfer, they must provide a justification. The related expense claims are also rejected, and employees are notified accordingly.
Allow other Controllers to confirm transfers
It is also possible on Scale and Premium plans to allow other Controllers to confirm transfers.
