Physical card ordered on the wrong wallet

If you've ordered a physical card on the wrong wallet, it is not possible to change the wallet nor the member it's linked to unfortunately.

If you're a requester:

  • Ask an Admin to delete the card ordered on the wrong wallet. They can find the ordered card on their Cards tab and mark it as Blocked > Unused.

  • Ask an Admin on the right wallet to order a card for you.

    The cancel / reorder process is free.

If you try to activate a physical card using its last 4 digits from the wrong wallet, the interface will display an error indicating that the digits are incorrect. You'll need to log in to the correct wallet to activate the card.

Subscription card created on the wrong wallet

If you've requested/generated a recurring card on the wrong wallet,

  • tick the corresponding box in the Requests if you haven't checked your card numbers yet and cancel the request.

  • select your recurring card in the Subscriptions tab if you've already generated the card and click on delete.

Single-use card request created on the wrong wallet

If you've requested a single-use card on the wrong wallet,

  • tick the corresponding box in Requests if you haven't checked your card numbers yet and cancel the request.

  • If the card has already been generated AND used, it is not possible to remove it.
