What to do when you blocked your card by entering the wrong pin 3 times

If you've mistakenly entered the wrong PIN for your Spendesk card 3 times, your card will be blocked. Here's a guide on what to do next.

Steps to Follow

  1. Contact your administrator (for Employees)

    • Inform your Administrator or Account Owner.

    • They will assist you in ordering a new card. Unfortunately, once blocked due to a PIN error, the card cannot be unblocked and must be replaced.

  2. Ordering a new card (for Account Owners and Admins only)

    • Go to the Cards tab.

    • Cancel the blocked card if not already done. This is a must to order a new card for this employee.

    • Order a new card.

    • Ensure that your delivery address is correct.

  3. Receive and activate your new card (for Employees)

    • Once the new card arrives, you will need to activate it.

    • For your first transaction with the new card, you'll need to enter your PIN to activate contactless payments.
