1️⃣ If you have a MasterCard
After typing 3 wrong pins (it doesn't have to be on the same day) the chip of your card will be blocked.
To unblock your chip, you can go to an ATM from a major bank. You should be able to see a new 'PIN Unlock' option or you can otherwise view your remaining amount. A third option would be to withdraw cash.
If after trying several banks your chip still isn't unblocked, reach out to our team via chat for help (we might need to ask our banking partner to reset your pin tries).
2️⃣ If you have a VISA (Spendesk Financial Services - EEA)
If your chip is blocked, please order or ask your Administrator to re-order a new card.
3️⃣ If you have a VISA (Adyen - UK)
To unblock your chip, you can go to an ATM from a major bank. You should be able to see a new 'PIN Unlock' option or you can otherwise view your remaining amount. A third option would be to withdraw cash.
Second step: log into your Spendesk profile (mobile app or desktop), and unblock your card from the Card tab.
