If you've mistakenly entered the wrong PIN for your Spendesk card 3 times, your card will be blocked. Here's a guide on what to do next.
Steps to Follow
Contact your administrator (for Employees)
Inform your Administrator or Account Owner.
They will assist you in ordering a new card. Unfortunately, once blocked due to a PIN error, the card cannot be unblocked and must be replaced.
Ordering a new card (for Account Owners and Admins only)
Go to the Cards tab.
Cancel the blocked card if not already done. This is a must to order a new card for this employee.
Order a new card.
Ensure that your delivery address is correct.
Receive and activate your new card (for Employees)
Once the new card arrives, you will need to activate it.
For your first transaction with the new card, you'll need to enter your PIN to activate contactless payments.
