What to do when your card is lost/stolen/damaged

Whether your card is lost, stolen, or just damaged, follow these simple steps to secure your account and get back on track.

Step 1: block your card

Steps to take to block card on mobile app

  1. Open the Spendesk App: Begin by launching the Spendesk app on your phone.

  2. Navigate to Your Card Settings: Go to More > My Card.

  3. Temporarily Block Your Card: Tap on Block my card. This action will pause your card immediately, but you have the flexibility to unblock it anytime.

  4. Report the Issue: Select Report an Issue to notify us about the loss, theft, or damage to your card.

Steps to take to take if your phone is lost

  1. Use Another Phone: Borrow a phone and contact Spendesk support directly at +33 1 82 88 05 10 for urgent assistance.

  2. Request Help from an Admin: If direct contact isn’t possible, ask an administrator to block your card on your behalf.

Steps to take on desktop app

  1. Access Your Spendesk Account: Log in to your Spendesk account on a desktop.

  2. Go to the Card Tab: Select the Card tab.

  3. Block the Card Temporarily: Click Block this card to pause it. You can unblock it whenever you need.

  4. Report the Card Issue:

    • Choose the blocked card.

    • In the sidebar, click Report an Issue.

    • Indicate whether the card is lost, stolen, or damaged.

Step 2: Order a New Card

Once you have reported the issue, contact your Account Owner or Administrator to request a new physical card. They are the only ones who can order a new card for you. Provide them with any necessary details such as the address of delivery for the card.

Important Information

  • Self-Unblocking: Cards you block can be unblocked by you at any time.

  • Admin Intervention: If an Administrator blocks your card, only they can unblock it.
