Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Card? Here's What to Do!
If you've lost your card, it’s been damaged, or stolen, don’t worry! You can quickly block or pause your card with just one tap.
If you can still access your phone, follow these steps:
Open the Spendesk app.
Go to More > My Card.
Tap on Block my card. This will temporarily block your card, and you can un-pause it at any time.
Tap on Report an Issue to declare the card as lost, stolen, or damaged.
If you don’t have access to your phone (because both your card and phone are lost), follow these steps:
Borrow a phone and contact us directly at +33 1 82 88 05 10 (for situations like this only).
Alternatively, ask an admin to block your card for you.
Alternatively, if you’re on the desktop interface:
Log in to your Spendesk account and go to the Card tab.
Click on Block this card to temporarily block your card (you can un-pause it at any time).
After blocking your card, you can report it as lost, stolen, or damaged:
Select the card you just blocked.
In the sidebar on the right, select Report an Issue.
Choose the appropriate option to report the card as lost or stolen.
Once you've reported the issue, you’ll need to ask your Account Owner or Administrator to order a new card for you.
Important Information:
Suspending your card can be undone anytime.
However, if the Account Owner or Administrator blocks your card, only they can unblock it.

Can I un-pause my card once it's been blocked? Yes, you can un-pause your card at any time if you've blocked it yourself.
What should I do if I lose both my card and phone? If you lose both, borrow a phone to contact us at +33 1 82 88 05 10 or ask an admin to block your card for you.
