Your invoice
You can find all of your invoices on the Settings > My Spendesk plan > Company plan and Invoices tab.
If you have several entities on Spendesk, invoicing may be grouped under the main entity. No invoices are issued for secondary entities.
On the 1st day of each month, you will receive a Spendesk invoice detailing the amount debited from your wallet's funds.
This invoice includes entity information and company IDs in our billing system for greater transparency.
Here’s what your Spendesk invoice includes:
Fixed subscription costs: Depending on your plan (Starter, Essential, Scale, Premium).
Variable transaction costs: Based on the number of transactions carried out during the previous month.
Example
On July 1st, you’ll receive a Spendesk invoice that includes:
Fixed subscription cost for the upcoming month (July).
Variable transaction cost for the previous month (June).
Transactions included / billed
Each Spendesk subscription includes 100 transactions.
Beyond 100 transactions, you can:
Add a pack of 100 additional transactions for €50/month.
Or pay €0.75 per additional transaction.
Important: You are never limited to 100 transactions. Additional transactions will always be processed and billed as applicable.

1. What counts as a transaction?
A transaction on Spendesk can be:
A physical card purchase.
A virtual card purchase.
An expense claim marked as reviewed in Expense Claims > Review.
An invoice validated by the finance team in Invoices > Review.
2. Where can I see the number of transactions I've made?
You can view the number of transactions at any time in Settings > Billing.
In the Your Transactions section, you’ll see the number of transactions made in the current month and how many are included in your subscription.
3. How can I change the number of transactions included in my subscription?
To add more transaction packs, please contact your account manager (CSM) directly.
