Good to know

If you haven't added a phone number yet, we may prompt you to add a valid cellphone to your Spendesk profile. It's not possible to add a landline phone.

Secure your payment through a code received by text message

Secure your payment from the mobile app

Since July 2021 you can receive your confirmation on the Spendesk mobile app! Verification by security code, fingerprint, face... ➡️ you can choose your authentication method.

👉 What if users don't have the app installed?

Don't worry, we handled every case. If a user doesn't have the mobile app installed, we made sure that the existing 3DS flow is still working, meaning that the user will still receive an OTP via SMS, just as it was before.
