Cancel a physical card's order

If you've made a mistake in the delivery details or are unsure about needing a card you've ordered, you can cancel the card order under specific circumstances.

1. If You Have 'Account Owner' or 'Admin' Rights

If you're an Account Owner or Admin, follow these steps to cancel your card order:

  • Go to the Cards tab.

  • Select the card you've ordered.

  • Click on "Mark as lost / unused / damaged / stolen."

  • If necessary, click on "Order a new card" to get a replacement.

2. If You Don't Have 'Account Owner' or 'Admin' Rights

If you're not an Account Owner or Admin, you’ll need to ask someone with the appropriate permissions to cancel the card order for you. Unfortunately, Requesters are not able to cancel a card order before it is activated.

3. What Happens if the Card Arrives After You've Canceled?

If the cancellation happens too late and you still receive the card, simply destroy it and ignore it. The card will no longer be valid once canceled.

4. How to Find Your Account Owner or Admin

If you're unsure who the Account Owner or Admin is, reach out to your manager for assistance. They will be able to guide you.

Q: Can I cancel a card order once it's been activated?
A: No, once the card is activated, it can no longer be canceled. You can, however, request a new card if needed.

Q: What should I do if I receive a card after I've canceled the order?
A: If the card arrives after cancellation, please destroy the card and ignore it. It won't be valid anymore.

Q: What if I mistakenly request a card for the wrong delivery address?
A: You can cancel the card order as long as it hasn't been activated. If you’ve already received the card, reach out to support for further assistance.
