# Cancel a physical card's order You can cancel a physical card order before or after it ships if you no longer need it or entered the wrong delivery details. Only Administrators and Account Owners can cancel a card order for someone else.## Cancel your own card order 1. Navigate to the **Cards** tab (or **My Card** in the mobile app). 2. Locate the card order you want to cancel. 3. Click **"Block"**. 4. Click **"Report it as..."**. 5. Select **"Unused"** from the dropdown menu. 6.
