The bank accounts

The bank accounts that you have set up in Sage 100 are retrieved by Spendesk.

You can select the appropriate accounts to use on Spendesk in the Settings > Accounting > Bank Accounts tab.

Make sure you have a bank account created for Spendesk.

By clicking the pencil icon next to each necessary account, a dropdown menu will appear, listing all the bank accounts that Spendesk has found in Sage 100.

The retrieved bank accounts are of the type "Bank."

If you don't see an account that you expect to find, it’s probably because it’s not of the expected type.

You can easily verify the type of an account in Sage 100 by going to your chart of accounts and clicking on the relevant account.
