Supplier accounts
The Spendesk <> Sage 100 integration retrieves the list of your general and auxiliary supplier accounts.
We automatically match a Spendesk supplier to a general and auxiliary account if a supplier exists in Sage 100 with the same name (case-insensitive).
In the following example, the supplier "amazon" on Spendesk has an equivalent "Amazon" on Sage 100.
As a result, it has been automatically paired with the general supplier account 4010000 and the auxiliary account "AMAZON."
Every time you refresh your Sage 100 integration connection, we perform a matching process for new Spendesk suppliers and new Sage 100 suppliers.
A Spendesk supplier already matched with a Sage 100 supplier will never be modified to avoid unintentional changes to information that has already been prepared or exported to accounting.
However, it is still possible to manually modify the pairing between a Spendesk supplier and a Sage 100 supplier.
If the automatic pairing does not meet your needs or fails to find a match, go to Settings > Supplier Accounts.
Select the relevant supplier. In the right-hand side panel, you can edit the associated supplier account by clicking on the pencil icon, as shown in the example below:
Default accounts
Spendesk allows you to assign your card payments and/or invoice settlements to a default supplier account.
To do this, go to the Settings > Supplier Accounts tab and activate the relevant options.
In the dropdown menu, you will see the supplier accounts retrieved from Sage 100, allowing you to select the one of your choice.
