This article explains how your Sage 100 expense accounts are imported into Spendesk and where to configure them.

Your expense accounts

The Spendesk <> Sage 100 integration directly retrieves your expense account list from Sage 100.

The retrieved accounts are displayed in the Settings > Accounting > Expense Accounts tab.

By default, all the accounts retrieved are enabled and thus selectable during your accounting preparation.

However, you have the option to deselect those you don’t want to use in Spendesk.

The retrieved accounts for expense accounts are of the type "Expense."

If you don’t see an account you were expecting, it’s likely because it’s not the expected type.

You can easily verify the type of an account in Sage 100 by going to your chart of accounts and clicking on the relevant account.
