When you make a personal purchase with your Spendesk card, it is not possible at the moment to create an automatic refund of this purchase on Spendesk.

The easiest way is to check directly with your company's accounting/finance team to find an arrangement. 😊

-either pay them back in cash ;

-or you send a transfer to your company ;

-or the amount is deducted from a future expense claim (the amount 'to be reimbursed' can be edited by your teams when you submit an expense claim on Spendesk) ;

-or this amount is deducted from your pay check upon your agreement ;

-or you ask the merchant to reimburse you to then change the payment method.

Depending on your company's internal policy, it will prefer one of these options.
