Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer your card to a colleague as each physical card is individual and made specifically for the cardholder. Similarly, lending your card is not recommended.
Both virtual and physical cards are tied to individual user accounts, which means that all transactions will appear in Spendesk under the cardholder's name. This makes it difficult to transfer a receipt later on.
We have implemented this system to ensure that your Account owners and controllers, including your accountant, can easily track and monitor expenses across the company.
If your colleague does not have a physical card yet, it's best to order one directly for them. To do so, simply ask your Account Administrators to order a card on your behalf from the Cards tab > Order a new card.
