How to order a card as an Account Administrator or Account Owner.

If you are a Requester, you will need to ask your Account Administrators (i.e the Account Owner or an Administrator) to order a physical card in your name.

As an Administrator/Account owner, to order a physical card:

  • head over to the Cards tab.

  • Select Order a new card.

  • Fill in the name of the member. Then, you can choose the amount to add to the card, activate a monthly automatic reload if needed, choose if you want to authorize cash withdrawal. You can edit this information later if needed.

  • Fill in the delivery address. It can be a workplace, home... It is not possible to change the delivery address of the card once the order is confirmed. If you would like to change it, cancel the card and reorder it.

  • Watch out! At the time of order, please do not use special letters like ä / ø as they might not be handled by our card partner and might show as empty in the address filled.

  • Confirm the order. You should receive the Spendesk card 1-3 weeks later.

💰 Spendesk does not charge you for individual physical cards, nor their delivery.

☝🏻 Keep in mind that for better control, physical cards should not be shared by team members. You can order 1 card per user (per email address on Spendesk) free of charge.
